All orders $33.33 & over qualify for our free shipping. All orders are processed within 5-8 business days.
Chosen Ones Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once a package leaves our hands, if the post office mishandles it, it is now the post office and the customer's responsibility. I will assist with filing a claim if I am able to.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
